    Calm Club Anxiety Relief Subscription

    The minimum charge for an annual subscription to Calm Club is only £10 for members and £15 for non-members and it gives you unlimited access to support. However, to administer and support each Calm Club subscription per annum it costs Anxiety UK £25 a year; therefore if you are able to give any additional support this would be most welcomed.     Online therapist-led structured anxiety management course

    Online therapist-led anxiety management courses can be a great way to share your struggles with others and develop methods to help you manage your anxiety. The courses consist of weekly sessions that are delivered over 6 weeks and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist. Please note that the next group will be taking place on Wednesdays evenings from 9th December. The courses aim to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
