Online therapist-led structured anxiety management course

Prepare for the summer in the best way possible: by learning how to effectively manage anxiety.

Our six week therapist-led anxiety management course will provide you with the information, tips, tools, and strategies you need to tackle the year with confidence.

There are two courses in June, one starting on Wednesday 12th June at 7pm and the second one on Sunday 30th June at 6pm, both running for six weeks on Wednesday and Sunday respectively.

Our highly experienced therapists will focus each session on a different type of coping mechanism to help you work through your anxiety issues.

Handouts and worksheets will also be provided to allow you to explore what methods work best for you. Hurry and reserve your spot now, as space is limited!

The courses consist of 6 weekly sessions and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist that are aimed to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
