Anxiety UK Be Kind to Yourself Membership
Our 'Be Kind To Yourself' membership subscription is open to anyone in receipt of a means tested benefit (until 31.12. 2021) and provides all the usual benefits of Anxiety UK membership for £20 (that's 50% off the usual membership fee). Please note, this is a digital membership subscription ONLY; membership packs, magazines or support materials can only be sent in digital format via email.
Online therapist-led structured anxiety management course
Online therapist-led anxiety management courses can be a great way to share your struggles with others and develop methods to help you manage your anxiety. The courses consist of weekly sessions that are delivered over 6 weeks and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist. Please note that the next group is going to start taking place on Wednesdays from the 27th January at 6pm as long as all the places have been booked. The courses aim to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Online anxiety support group
Our groups are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK group facilitator and run weekly on Thursdays at 7pm. The minimum charge to attend the group is £2.50 (members), however, a suggested minimal donation is £5 per session to support the costs associated with running these groups. The next session will be taking place on the 21st January at 7pm.
