    Art for Anxiety Relief (AFAR) is a six-week support programme that runs for one hour a week utilising art as a tool to help manage your anxiety. Delivered by an artist, the sessions are designed to help you finding the benefits of art, while also using it as a tool to distract yourself from your anxiety and immerse into the pleasure of art. You will develop your understanding on how to look at art, develop a background into the world of art, how it functions and being involved in creating it and broaden both your knowledge and appreciation of the world of art.     Calm Club Anxiety Relief Subscription

    Online therapist-led structured anxiety management course

    The courses consist of 6 weekly sessions and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist that are aimed to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Please note that the next group is going to start taking place on Sundays from the 14th November at 6pm as long as all the places have been booked.
