Furthermore, if you are a member of Anxiety UK and take out an annual subscription to Calm Club, you can also take advantage of a special offer currently available which entitles you to 10% off your first and last therapy fees, when you access a course of clinical hypnotherapy through Anxiety UK.

Overcoming agoraphobia – a self help manual
This manual has been written to help you overcome your problems and should only be used in addition with seeing your therapist on a weekly basis. There are 7 sections of this manual and although most people will want to work through it section by section, each section can be read on its own. In some sections there are exercises for you to do which will help you understand why you have agoraphobia, what keeps the problem going and how to treat it. It is important to remember that this manual has been written as a general guide and you will need your therapist's help to individualise your treatment with you. The overall aim of the manual is to teach you to become your own therapist.
