    Online anxiety support group


    Our groups are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK group facilitator and run twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm. The minimum charge to attend the group is £2.50 (members), however, a suggested minimal donation is £5 per session to support the costs associated with running these groups. Once you have secured your place, you will receive an email within one working day with confirmation of the booking and the Zoom details the day of the support group taking place.     Calm Club Anxiety Relief Subscription


    The minimum charge for an annual subscription to Calm Club is only £10 for members and £15 for non-members and it gives you unlimited access to support. However, to administer and support each Calm Club subscription per annum it costs Anxiety UK £25 a year; therefore if you are able to give any additional support this would be most welcomed. Furthermore, if you are a member of Anxiety UK and take out an annual subscription to Calm Club, you can also take advantage of a special offer currently available which entitles you to 10% off your first and last therapy fees, when you access a course of clinical hypnotherapy through Anxiety UK.

    Online therapist-led structured anxiety management course


    The courses consist of 6 weekly sessions and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist that are aimed to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Please note that the next group is going to start taking place on Sundays from the 16th May at 6pm as long as all the places have been booked.
