Online therapist-led anxiety management courses can be a great way to share your struggles with others and develop methods to help you manage your anxiety. The courses consist of weekly sessions that are delivered over 6 weeks and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist. Please note that the next group will be taking place on Sundays at 7pm once all the places have been booked. The courses aim to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
