I remember that course…I think I started it and forgot :-/ oops! I will look it up again once I finish the Beating the Blues ones on here.

I completely relate to what Liz says about in the moment -I also try lots of those things but feel like I am going through the motions whilst still feeling the same! One thing I have found at least somewhat helpful is white noise. One of my triggers is garden machinery like hedge strimmers and one day I put my headphones on and played white noise (I used the Insight Timer app) and actually found it dulled the anxiety down a bit and I could breathe and function. It won’t be practical in every scenario though.

Ryan – yes, avoidance was the word I was looking for! I am an expert at that lol!
