I totally get it, especially the exhaustion. It’s mad to think how much being anxious all the time tires you out, I try to journal every day just to get my thoughts down and even mustering up the energy to do that feels enormous sometimes.
I’m sure it will end though. Some of the bits and bobs of self help that I’ve looked at do seem like they’re useful. And that’s coming from me the most cynical person in the world haha. One of the living life to the full modules is called “i can’t be bothered doing anything”, I found it really useful for exhaustion 🙂
