To be honest, I don’t at the moment haha. I had a bad episode the other day, do you know when one of your triggers happens and you just feel so so panicky and there’s adrenaline running all through you? I had one of those. Normally I just withdraw from everybody and go into my room but I had stuff to do in town, so I ordered a taxi and went feeling like an anxious mess. The town was packed and I was speedwalking with the adrenaline running through me and it just made it worse. I just ignored it when I should have done something to manage it, I just didn’t know what. I guess when I’m in a better frame of mind, having a walk down to the gym for me helps because it’s the only chance I get to be outside (i work from home) and listen to a podcast. But that’s preventative really, I don’t really know any ‘in the moment’ strategies.
