Hi Kirsty, sorry it’s taken me so long to reply, and thanks for the suggestions. I’m still trying to cut out sugar, and I am eating a lot less of it (although it’s in so many things!)

Now I’m not eating it as often I do notice an effect on my energy levels, and possibly my mood.

I’ve also found I’m not enjoying sugary things as much which is helping too.
