Hi Aimee, I hope the Sertraline helps. It’s interesting to see my post from April and realise how far I’ve come and how much better I feel now, even though I had a bit of a relapse recently. I think the biggest help has been being with other people – support groups, volunteering and being with friends who I could just really be me with. Running has also really helped, and trying to get more sleep and eat more nutritious food. But I think it was the support groups (anxiety uk , ocd uk and frazzled cafe) that helped me feel less alone and I learnt so much from listening to other people too.
