Thank you Chris. I gave up caffeine (except chocolate!) a number of years ago as I recognised it was making me stressed and impacting my sleep, even though I only drank decaf coffee. I briefly drank coffee again a year or so ago and it had the same effect. Now I enjoy a hot cacao drink made with plant milk and stevia which does have some caffeine but doesn’t seem to have a negative effect. I will try your suggestion of drinking more water too, thank you.
