Too much sugar and caffeine can cause us to peak and crash which can affect our emotions. Speaking personally, I don’t have a sweet tooth so I don’t eat much sugar, but I love coffee and I have definitely noticed that my stress levels increase if I have more than one cup a day. In my own experience, I have also found that drinking plenty of water really helps. I wonder if anyone else has any experience they could add?
