A Message To New Members

If you’re still waiting to receive your Headspace code, please be advised that it takes a little time between confirming your order and completing it. Once we’ve done that (usually within 2 working days), you will be sent an email with all the information you need, plus links to your digital membership pack files. If it’s been a while since you registered, it might be worth checking your Spam/Junk folder to check the message hasn’t ended up in there.

Accessing The Members Area

You can access the members area of the website once your order has been completed. It will show up as a clickable option at the top of the website. If your order has been completed but you’re still waiting for access, send us an email and we’ll get that fixed for you.

Changing Your Contact Details

We store our members data on a separate database, so if you try to change your personal details via this account, it won’t affect our records. You can let us know of any changes you’d like us to make to your details here. If you’d like to stop your membership automatically renewing, please email us.
