The Be Kind to Yourself membership is available to anyone who is in receipt of means tested benefits and provides you with a significant discount on the usual annual membership fee.

Your annual subscription will also help us:

  • • Keep our website up and running
  • • Maintain (and expand) our talking therapy service which supports thousands of people each year
