    Our six week therapist-led anxiety management course will provide you with the information, tips, tools, and strategies you need to tackle the year with confidence. The courses consist of 6 weekly sessions and are facilitated by an experienced Anxiety UK Approved Therapist that are aimed to provide participants with information and strategies to manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
