How Do I Access My Headspace Subscription?
At what point in the registration process do I get my instructions for Headspace?
When you sign up online, you’ll receive an automatic email thanking you for your order. That’s all it is at this stage; an order.
Behind the scenes, our Membership Manager receives an email himself, alerting him to a new payment. He then confirms your order, turning it from a pending payment to a completed transaction.
You are then sent your digital membership pack as an email. It looks like this:
Within the email are links to all the files included in the pack, with instructions on how to redeem your Headspace subscription.
I’ve just signed up, where is my code?
As orders via our website are processed by humans, please allow us some time to complete your order and add you to our database.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9.30AM – 5.30PM, so if you’ve placed an order outside of this time there will be a delay in your receiving the Headspace information. If you signed up on Saturday or Sunday, your order will usually be completed on Monday, if you signed up at 8.30PM on a Tuesday, we will usually complete your order on Wednesday morning, etc.
I made an order last Thursday but haven’t heard anything yet. Where is my membership pack?
If it’s been a while since you registered, it might be worth checking your junk mail folder as sometimes our automated emails get incorrectly labelled as spam!
We hope this clears things up for you. If it’s been over 2 working days and there’s nothing in your spam folder, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
