WaysForward, a Self Help program

WaysForward is a Self Help computer program based on the ideas and methods of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, an approach which is becoming increasingly popular in health, education, and social care in the UK. This program is being offered free on this website as part of a pilot research study. WaysForward was designed to help with any personal and emotional difficulty, including anxiety, depression and phobias. The program is essentially non-directive, and so it offers an interesting alternative to the computer programs based in the Cognitive-Behavioural approach.
