How To Order
ANXIETY UK publishes a range of factsheets, booklets & tapes available for purchase. There are generous discounts for members. Why not become a member of ANXIETY UK.
How to order
- Simply click 'add to cart' on any product to add it to your shopping cart.
- Click 'view cart' at any time to see products you have added to your shopping cart and also change quantities.
- While viewing your shopping cart you can also specify if you are a ANXIETY UK member to benefit from product discounts.
- Click 'checkout' and enter your delivery details
- Choose your payment type at the bottom of the page
- Next click 'calculate total' and the relevant order instructions and price calculations will be made for you
- You can pay by debit/credit card, all prices include postage and packing for destinations in the UK.
Delivery
Please note that online payments take 2 to 3 working days to clear. Once your payment has cleared we will send out your goods.
Items are sent out on the day of receipt of an order (Monday to Friday 9-5pm). If the order is placed outside of these times, the order will be despatched the next working day (with the excpetion of bank holidays). Orders are sent by second class post
Returns
Overseas orders please contact us for postage details.
Returns Please note that CDs, audiotapes, videos, DVDs that have been unsealed are not
returnable. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you
have the right to return any item to us and receive a full refund provided you
return the item in saleable condition within 7 working days of receiving the item.
When your order arrives, it will include a receipt stating: Your name, Receipt
number, Date of order, Goods ordered, Total. If you wish to return any item, please
contact us within 7 working days, enclosing a copy of your receipt, the reason for
returning the item and what you require; the replacement of the item or a refund. If
you request a refund, your payment for the item will be refunded within 30 days. If
you paid by credit/debit card the refund will be made to that card, in all other
circumstances, you will receive a cheque. Refunds for goods lost during return to
ANXIETY UK will only be made upon the production of proof of postage. Contracts are
subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Claims
Claims for non receipt of goods (such as ANXIETY UK magazines, shop items etc) should be
made within 30 days of the dispatch of said goods (please note that all goods aim to
be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt excepting bank holiday periods). Due to
Royal Mail policy, we are unable to initiate claims until 15 working days have
expired since the non receipt of goods.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
We regret that credit/debit card payments will incur a 5% surcharge to cover costs.
