Terms and conditions for the use of ANXIETY UK on-line services (bulletin board, chat-room and epals listings)

- At ALL times your contributions must be civil, tasteful and relevant. ANXIETY UK is committed to providing an atmosphere in which users feel safe, and whereby constructive and mature dialogue can take place.
- Please bear in mind that what you read in our on-line service area is other users' opinions and stories. We hope that you will find the services helpful and informative, but please consult your GP/other relevant healthcare professional before relying on any information that you find here. ANXIETY UK is not responsible for the accuracy or content of any posts/discussion and is not liable for any damage or loss that my result from your reliance on what other users have said.
- Be patient and considerate. Users of all ages and abilities affected by different issues use these services.
- Absolutely no spamming will be tolerated (sending of unsolicited material to other users/ANXIETY UK members) on the bulletin board.
- No advertising of any description is permitted on the bulletin board or via the chat-room.
- ANXIETY UK does not allow individual practitioners/companies to advertise their services via ANXIETY UK on-line services. Only events that are co-hosted/hosted with/by ANXIETY UK will be advertised through our on-line service facilities.
- You may not refer to specific URL's (web site addresses) in the bulletin board. If you know of a worthy web site, you are welcome to recommend it, by email to ANXIETY UK direct. A decision will then be taken on whether to list the site in ANXIETY UK links section.
- You may not post any defamatory or illegal material of any nature on the message board. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Posting a message with the intention of committing an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
- You agree to only post materials to which you have the copyright or other permission to distribute electronically. You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.
- Abuse of the message board will incur having the offending material removed and the user being warned of their transgression. Repeated abuse will result in further action being taken. ANXIETY UK reserves the right to delete any post and terminate any account (that is, ban a user) with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, our judgement that you've violated these terms and conditions.
- ANXIETY UK strongly recommends that you do not divulge your telephone number in the epals section, recommending instead that only your email address is disclosed.

ANXIETY UK reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate membership in the event of a breach of the following terms & conditions. No refunds will be given upon termination of membership of ANXIETY UK.
