Linda is a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist based in the Ipswich area of Suffolk. She is able to carry out home visits for therapy. Linda has been a carer to someone with social anxiety for 20 years so has a good understanding of the difficulties anxiety can cause. She can use a variety of techniques to identify key issues and work with you to disover new behaviours and techniques. Linda can teach you relaxation techniques which put you back in control of your anxiety.
