Anxiety UK is the largest anxiety disorders charity in the UK, with over 6,000 members. The Anxiety UK telephone helpline alone receives over 16,000 calls a year from anxiety disorder sufferers seeking support and advice.

Anxiety UK is a user-led charity, firmly believing that those with personal experience of an anxiety disorder are best placed to help others.

For media enquiries contact Terri Torevell on media@anxietyuk.org.uk. For URGENT or out of hours enquiries, please ring 07947 599 491.

We are able to provide case studies on a range of anxiety conditions, from specific phobias to more disabling conditions such as agoraphobia. We have professional spokespeople, leading researchers in the world of anxiety who are experienced in media work and available to speak to you.

You can also request a media pack which includes original source material, stats on anxiety and qualitative information on a range of disorders.
