Children and Young People with Anxiety
The Children and Young People with Anxiety booklet is an excellent resource for both young people with anxiety and their parents and carers. Split into two separate parts, the booklet aims to explain to children what anxiety is, what is happening in their lives that may cause it and what help and support is available to them alongside anecdotes from previous sufferers. Parallel to this is the advice for parents, explaining what their children are going through, providing advice on supporting a child with anxiety as well as the support that is available to them. Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

This booklet gives an excellent overview into panic; explaining what a panic attack is, how they can affect you and why they happen.
